Good company to work for. The hours are great, your good work gets recognised. You meet lovely customer, and you have the satisfaction to help people that have been let down. You get all the tools you need to do your job to high standards

Just because nothing is perfect in this world, they do have some cons , but to small to mention

Pros

Amazing culture - great tone at the top, friendly and competent colleagues, treat you like an adult and trust you'll get your work done. Genuinely interesting and meaningful work. Best of both worlds - startup/scaleup energy with corporate resources.

Cons

Pay is a bit low, but they mostly make up for it in other ways/perks (e.g. unlimited holiday). If you need a high degree of structure/can't handle some occasional chaos, might not be the place for you (this is a pro for me though).

It’s an exciting place to work, with a business that is always looking for better ways to give customers what they really want. Customers are genuinely at the heart of everything the company does, and there is a strong sense that everyone is working together as equals towards the same purpose.

Cons

Because it is a fast-moving and ambitious business, there are times when the pace can feel demanding, especially when working hard to meet internal deadlines. That said, this is not because the company drives people hard, it's more that individuals are ambitious, and naturally themselves to deliver their best.
