Pros

The Pros, where do I even start? 1. Great company culture. 2. Loads of food and snacks, especially from different cultures. 3. Great work events and offsites 4. Loads of autonomy 5. Great work-life balance 6. Loads of opportunities for career growth. 7. Loads of opportunities for personal development. 8. Great working environment. 9. Good benefits There's so much I could say but you as the reader are probably sold. I'll say come and join so you can enjoy as well. Since joining Octopus after being made redundant, I have never enjoyed working as much as I do now. I feel like I am part of a family instead of just a normal 9 to 5. The more I get involved, the more I immersed I feel and I feel part of a family making a difference in the world. Since joining I have felt a massive increase in productivity, knowledge and confidence. So I am super happy being part of the Constantine Family.
