The recruitment process was a friendly and enjoyable experience. Octopus really went out of its way to try and eliminate any sort of bias's that could impact the process. It really was a well thought out and detailed process.

Cons

The only downside to the process was that it could be time consuming.

The most thorough yet unbiased & fairest interview process I've ever experienced. Their take on creating equal opportunities for everyone truly is being actioned in the best way possible, I was really impressed.

Cons

Lots of stages to the interview process, the whole thing took around 4 weeks for me from start to finish which wasn't too great for the ol'nervous system
