      Pros

      I required some extra support to meet the targets that the company expect you to achieve in order to successfully pass my probation. I was given some additional assistance, which allowed me to do this.

      Cons

      I love the company and the role so much that I feel like I am becoming a workaholic, but in this particular instance, I view this as a good thing.
