Hi there - thank you for your candid review. Yes, we do ask that all employees give their current role at least 6 months before considering other roles internally. This is to ensure you've had enough time in role to fully experience the position and become embedded, this is the same for all our employees. We’re really keen to support people’s development & progress . Alongside normal, on the job support, we offer everyone £1,000 per year to use for their own development.
