Useless HR Department that takes forever to resolve even the simplest of issues, lots of favoritism and certain people have certain rules while others do not, horrible pay

Uniform benefits and pay. Weekly pay is nice and hourly is nice .

Cons

No room for overtime and awful management . Currently being threatened I will be fired if our store is not selling. Store is always dead and consistently told something is wrong and never praised for what we do. No words of encouragement and only care about numbers . Management is awful and don’t handle complaints well. Micromanagement at its finest . This position mentally drained me and was the worst company I worked for . Accused of false things .
