No opportunity for growth within the company unless you are Italian. Incredibly unachievable targets, they should be more realistic and understand some of the targets they set are simply unfeasible. Head Office employers should be more humble and nice, when they visit the stores they walk around feeling they are super important and don't even bother to acknowledge you - this is definitely the worst thing I've encountered when I was working there, nowhere else you'll find such arrogant people...
