Pros

You get training courses from times to times, you get employee discount.

Cons

- They force you to practice this really heavy customer service even tough you don't get commissions. - Team targets are very difficult to achieve. - Inappropriate uniforms for the weather conditions , specially the winter ones. - No good heating system in street shops, ans staff get colds very often. - HR don't care for employees in any kind of shape and form, as every time you request something they take ages to get back at you, specially P45 form. - Be prepared to be bullied by your managers or district managers. -Be prepared to clean every single corner of the lay out before a visit from Italy with a magic sponge. - Be prepared to use a ladder even tough in UK only specialized people are supposed to use the ladder. - Be prepared to not be able to book Holidays when you want or need -No member of staff has first aid training, not even managers. - Micromanagement . - Late breaks. -Most of the shops don't have a proper space for staff to eat. - When i started they had an amazing person giving the training courses , nowadays they have a lady that makes you try all the bikini tops and show her after, even tough sometimes people don't feel comfortable doing it. she doesn't accept a no as an answer.

The best was not enough.

Pros

Good pay, very organized and well structured.

Cons

As much as you tried, anything you gave was never enough. Management didn't really make an effort to make you feel welcome or see how hard you were trying to reach weekly and monthly goals. All they cared about was to work you to the bone. The extra pay for reaching goals was good, but the motivation from management was lacking, and that was untimately what made me quit.

Pros

We had every month new working uniform for free. And 30% discount.

Cons

It was a full time job, and we were working 6 /7 without any day off. The managers was arranging our timetables in order not work all day with a few hours break between 15:00_18:00. Also although we were closing 21:00 we stayed one more hour to clean the store and if we had to change windows another half an hour unpaid.
