-Working hours -Responsibilities not adequate to the job description -Salary is ridiculous -No growth -Better not to look for personal rewards from District managers -No respect for people's life aside from working hours -Anything, aside from the team, is a con.

Misleading job title. District managers are simply glorified sales associates. Upper management is unprofessional but likes to look busy and important. Managers are taught to lead by fear and intimidation. Zero work/life balance. Morale is absolutely horrible in every store.
