      -the customers are the best part -you're offered a full product/ brand knowledge training -you might be lucky enough to work with great people

      Cons

      -Unsociable hours -Lack of support from HQ -bonus scheme is ridiculous for the targets that you have to complete -low basic payment as comparing to service that you have to offer -sometimes unprofessional behaviour from higher management
