      Good work environment. I have been lucky to work with an excellent manager very hardworking I learned a lot from her. You have the opportunity to grow fast.

      The working hours are not good, are different rotas and sometimes we have to finish late. Low salaries.

      When it's not a super great month for the business, the salaries get really low in my country. And you won't even really know until the very end of the month so it makes planning ahead difficult.
