Pros

Nice uniforms every season. My staff was friendly and nice to work with. Gained experience as manager due to down time.

Cons

The company is very unorganized and unappreciative. They only care about numbers and do not recognize other hard work. They will also try to short your check as much as they can without you noticing. Many corporate people are condescending and talk to people like they’re dogs.

Pros

If you show that you are an hardworker, confident and a very competitive person, you can advance and have a long career in this company.

Cons

The bonus plan is good, unfortunately they set unachievable target. Also, it's a company growing, but I don't think that "top" managers are ready for it, very often are cold and arrogant, without showing any support.

The team works really hard together.

Cons

Upper management (mostly Italian) has no respect for their employees. They are very rude and nasty and blame it on their “culture” . If you are not Italian there is no room for actual growth. They will keep you stagnant and mainly promote their family or friends. They have no idea how to actually run a business and that’s probably because they hire their spouses as opposed to find actual talent with skill and experience. A complete joke of a company!
