Pros

Great clients. Very nice office.

Cons

Management needs to completely rethink how they train employees. They present unrealistic expectations and provide no means of helping their support staff. Expect to work long hours everyday with no compensation. I would not recommend working here.

Pros

Opportunity to work with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury clients. Exposure to top-tier media and journalists, building relationships that are both impactful and rewarding. Involvement in high-profile, creative events that bring brands to life in extraordinary ways. A fast-paced environment that sharpens your skills in media relations, event production, and brand strategy.

Cons

Lack of diversity and a troubling track record of high turnover among staff of color. Poor management structure from SVP to AVP levels, with favoritism toward long-time employees rather than merit. No true HR support, HR does not protect employees and often fails to address issues. Raises are minimal even when KPIs are exceeded, making growth and recognition difficult. Leadership, particularly Nina based in LA, is disconnected from the NY office and does not take an active interest in the team’s reality. Overall, the culture does not prioritize employee well-being or inclusion, which creates a difficult environment.

Pros

Marquee luxury clients, nice office, fun samples depending on the client account you work on

Cons

Very negative work environment internally. I went to the bathroom to cry several times while working there. Not a learning friendly environment. Managers wanted to embarrass junior staff to teach them a lesson.
