Also, upon termination even if you submit all claims and they are approved by your manager NTT will not pay. You will go to collection. So, if you cannot find another job and join NTT I recommend refusing to use their credit card. Do not ever expect a pay raise. Get what you can on the way in else live with it. Do not resign with any vacation balance. They have some policy that says you forfeit your vacation. The Sales team is really bad and bids work with very poor scope estimates. Every project I was involved in was red or basically bleeding out. The lack of people or process to support you will quickly become apparent first day. Everything is self service. There is no support available. Not only no people to support what does exist are paper pushers in India with no ability to help you. NTT Data Services is the product of some acquisitions, namely Dell and Centerstance. It is entirely misaligned.
