Pros

Nice view from top floor of the office building and it's only the office building

Cons

1) Bureaucratic 2) Management by title and position. Zero leaderships 3) Long hour work 4) Too many unproductive meetings 5) I saw my boss having un-decent relationships with female employees. For instance, touching, helping him to wipe his dirty face and hands after meals. Yuck! 6) Criticised negatively and being insulted to a certain degree due to "performance" issue. 7) Not really an MNC although it was bought up by NTT . Not many opportunities to.grow and move beyond the Singapore-based organisation. 8) Mobile and broadband claims are not provided as promised during the interview. 9) Internal HR processs is cumbersome and slow. Imagine that I didn't have access to claims for 3 months and don't have access to payroll after 4 months joining the company.

Pros

I worked in the IT consulting areas within the SalesForce Professional Services Practice. The direct managers and people I worked with were very nice.

Cons

Really bad travel and expense policies. Good luck on your $45 per day. Good luck with Concur when you try and book anything less than 14 days. 14 days advanced booking is from 90's. Required to use the company Amex card. NTT is often late paying Amex (they pay directly) but the employee is left responsible for any late fees or delinquency fees. Also, upon termination even if you submit all claims and they are approved by your manager NTT will not pay. You will go to collection. So, if you cannot find another job and join NTT I recommend refusing to use their credit card. Do not ever expect a pay raise. Get what you can on the way in else live with it. Do not resign with any vacation balance. They have some policy that says you forfeit your vacation. The Sales team is really bad and bids work with very poor scope estimates. Every project I was involved in was red or basically bleeding out. The lack of people or process to support you will quickly become apparent first day. Everything is self service. There is no support available. Not only no people to support what does exist are paper pushers in India with no ability to help you. NTT Data Services is the product of some acquisitions, namely Dell and Centerstance. It is entirely misaligned.

Pros

I was with the company from its beginnings as Perot Services (positive), through the Dell acquisition, and finally the NTT Data acquisition, totaling over 10 years. I can't think of anything positive in the NTT Data time frame.

Cons

Treated as "just a number" Lackadaisical HR behavior to employees on the bench - very lethargic response, with minimal effort to help employees find new positions Internal hiring process is extremely messy - your employment history and positive past with the company means nothing Remote employment opportunities extremely rare, and rigid stance with no exceptions
