      Excited about the space.very satisfied with local team. Trying to capitalize on Nexus IS story. Bridge from hardware to software pitch

      Cons

      They are not sure what space they want to play. Especially on the West Coast. Constantly hiring and firing capable people. No respect for local talent. Please be very careful!

      Big blame culture and run by fear and hearsay Huge drinking culture to the point that your career depends on whether you are seen in the right bar on the right day Bully boy stance and don't expect help or support from HR (they are in on it too,) Arrogance is rife It's like school with the popular groups and the school bullies Forget Friday - too many hangovers!
