      Pros

      Great place to start a software career, will get a great work environment and office culture. Great flexibility in getting trained across different practices

      Cons

      Compensation benefits is not on par with the counterparts and information passed on to the employees regarding the changes in company policies is not clear and transparent

      Pros

      There are a lot of resources within the organization that are willing to help. Most of the staff seems to be willing to do the work to fix customer problems, and not try to pass issues off to someone else. Also, I work in small teams so I work with only people that I need to on projects.

      Cons

      We all work remote, so there is no face-to-face interaction for team building.
