      Pros

      I have been able to stay on projects for long periods. I have been with a great client for the past 12 years.

      Cons

      It is a consulting firm which means that you could be unassigned or in between projects which can be stressful.

      Pros

      Open communication from the top down. I get treated like an adult with a good level of autonomy in my role. The team I work with are open we are always exchanging ideas and thoughts on how to improve the service we deliver to the company and external clients.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the work I do working in an open plan office isn't always easy.
