      - Good work/life balance - Health Insurance - Friendly environment and nice colleagues

      Cons

      - As a programmer you feel you have little impact on the decision making with the client. Most of this is done by managers, that rarely have an idea on what is going on in the technical side of projects - No clear criteria on performance appraisal

      lots of projects on different clients, possibility to work in various environments

      Cons

      No way to grow up, body rental and not consultancy projects, you feel like you are a number. all managers grow; all the lower levels are blocked
