Business-oriented company with a handful of very interesting projects
Pros
- some projects are really interesting, innovative and technically demanding , although you may have to search the company quite thoroughly in order to find them - I always had a lot of autonomy when performing technical tasks (no micromanagement issues) - friendly and relaxed work environment - many experienced coworkers due to decent average job retention
Cons
- highly business-oriented: you may expect tens of soft skills courses, but little to no formal technical training. Also, performance assessments are mainly centered on customer relationship management, which penalizes highly technical profiles - there were almost no corporate events of any kind until 2018 (when I left), although I heard this started to change afterwards - no internal job application portal
