      good company - too many changes, even for retail

      Pros

      Great environment, benefits, work life balance. great discount. co workers for the most part were great. For a retail environment, you can not do better than NIKE.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership does not understand the culture and what sport means. They talk out both sides of mouth when balancing service and payroll. External employees have a better chance at getting jobs than internal proven employees.

      Pros

      Very talented work force that is willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done. Working with the best in the industry will always sharping your skills and there is the opportunity to learn allot.

      Cons

      To much overlap at the senior level, that creates drama and misdirection. Which in turn creates allot of late nights.

      Pros

      Nike has an amazing work environment that encourages creativity and personal growth. However, there is some lacking in pay. The company has astounding brand recognition and has been a tremendous place to work.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are a little lacking to comparable companies and positions. The ability to advance and be promoted can also be limiting due to the fact that most employees stay with the company.
