Pros
Nike has a great benefits package, many passionate employees, great product and a beautiful campus. The two sites to get a good workout in at lunch are top-notch.
Cons
Sr. Management still hasn;t figured out how to manage now that Phil is taking a back seat. Mark and Charlie are great, but their trust in their senior leadership is misplaced as many in the corporate leadership team are uninformed, and survive off reputation rather than real work and knowledge. Influence of European methodology and management practices into corporate culture has created friction. Efforts to globalize and duplicate best practices across all regions has slowed down progress - company is less nimble than in it's heyday.
