      Pros

      Management has been overhauled in the last 2 weeks and changes are appearing daily. Athlete input and feedback is seen as necessary and useful not just a waste of time. The atmosphere is more relaxed and opprotunities for growth seem to be more available.

      Cons

      Temporary and part time associates are mainly there to acquire their paychecks and put in their time. Many individuals aren't "bleeding orange" they are just enjoying the discount and serving time.

      Amazing campus, good benefits, interesting work, business class travel. It is a good place to work overall but see cons below.

      Low salary, people are taken for granted as it is assumed (and probably true) that everybody wants to work at Nike.

      The culture is amazing, the people are even better. The events that are put on at Nike make you feel like you are really part of the company.

      Cons

      There is always so much work to do and so little time in the day, it is easy to get caught up and have no work life balance
