      Pros

      great campus wonderful gym and cafe facilities benefits better than most basic corp philosophy sounds pretty good - i thought the Maxims were right on!

      Cons

      overpaid management supposed experience of management not demonstrated management takes credit for all lower band levels hard work there is little respect for all positions cliquishness and cronyism currently all show very little substance management does not follow the Maxims yet uses them against direct reports

      Great place to work, but management, directors and leaders stink. HR is awful. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

      Pros

      Great facilities and beautiful campus. Great work environment and very energetic peers (before the re-org announcements). Flexible schedules and ability to work out during lunch time.

      Cons

      Middle management is huge, and burocratic. A lot of middle managers have been there for a long time and are not very bright, nor have good energy or even know a thing about sports. I was very disspointed with the way HR managed a lot of issues, like promotions, interviews for other jobs, performance reviews and the global re-org.
