      -Benefits are great -Brand Recognition -co-workers are generally awesome -Training is done well -Promotion within the retail world is possible

      Cons

      -Pay is really low -Communication is absolutely terrible, if not non-existent -Retail/Corporate never on the same page -Biased promotion/hiring practices

      Pros

      Benefits and salaries are good and at least in line with or better than industry. Sharing of information and the opportunity to learn from others is excellent.

      Cons

      Excellent company, but it's unfortunate that all in this industry have taken their manufacturing outside of this country. But, that tends to be the way with all manufacturing. Imagine the job growth if we actually manufactured in America some of the things we buy here.

      Pros

      The campus has the right amenities. Employee benefits are average amoung other large companies. If you like to socialize, this is definitely the right place to work.

      Cons

      Too many collaborative meetings. NIke offers "stretch" assignments for those interested in moving into other career areas, however these assignments are are infrequent and usually only provided to a chosen few.
