      Pros

      Was very transparent about their process. The recruiter told me upfront what she liked about me and what her concern were. This gave me an opportunity to clarify any misunderstandings and offer more examples.

      Cons

      There are many interviews in this process.

      Pros

      Interesting problems, the company is growing, but it's not at the stage where you are just a number. There are lots of good engineers working at Mulesoft.

      Cons

      Not so many downsides, but I'm not happy with many decisions of the exec team. The vision of the company is not clearly defined or communicated.
