      Awful culture and they set you up to fail

      Pros

      I got to online shop a lot and plan what I want for lunch and then maybe workout at lunch. I also was able to look for other jobs in my spare time because I had no work to do.

      Cons

      I was not coached or taught what to do, the managing director is awful, there is so much turnover in the Sacramento office I feel bad for anyone and everyone that gets coaxed to work there.

      Pros

      Cool environment. Team oriented. Morning huddle is something that really gets you focused for the day. Holiday parties are cool.

      Cons

      Wolves. Snakes. Doesn't matter if you're producing, management will always micromanage you. Micromanagement is the worst at this company. Power trip feelings from upper management.

      Pros

      Would be a good company if senior management realized the chaos they have running the divisions. The pros are training, location, expense reimbursement, health and wellness program

      Cons

      Senior Management is a joke, if they cared about their employees they would realize the discrimination against women happening every single day. If you are a female STAY AWAY from this company! You will be treated like trash and never earn as much as "the good old boys"
