      Some perks. Some Training.

      Cons

      Management is totally confused most of the time. They will throw any of their employees under the bus to save their own skin. The worst problem is the people that have been there a long time - they rule the roost. New players can not come in and make money.

      None. Unless you like submitting a Timesheet on Friday and getting your Paystub in the mail the following Monday or Tuesday.

      Cons

      Modis absorbed a very good Consulting Firm and turned it into Work-By-The-Hour "Manpower" mentality. Benefits reduced (no bereavement time anymore), Separate PTO form (can't handle an additional drop-down on the timesheet), PTO accrual not available on paystubs or online (have to contact the local office who has that info). Now I find out that they do NOT have a Service Award Program: I hit a milestone and was told none exists: I received a simple Congratulations.
