      IT Recruiter/Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      Great medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation benefits. A lot of room for growth and experience in a business professional environment. They also had a fantastic training program throughout the first 8 weeks or so, consisting of webinars and practice sourcing and interviewing activities.

      Cons

      On average it takes 39.7 days to fully recruit and employ a candidate, but that’s with any recruiting job.

      Pros

      Will hire with little to no sales or recruiting experience. If you like processes or following a play book this is it.

      Cons

      Modis is a dying organization, it does not have close the the marketshare it used to. The company is shutting many of its doors because it does not have the capital to keep up with other firms. This is a job that requires many hours out of the normal 9-5 and many of your coworkers will be as clueless as you are.

      Pros

      Will hire without a lot of experience, and you can get decent training on the ins-and-outs of technical recruiting

      Cons

      Their comp structure was terrible when I was there. They promise unlimited income potential, but that really only works if you have access to unlimited candidates and unlimited hours in the day. As a recruiter, you will likely top out at $70k. The real big dollars only go to sales reps working on keystone accounts
