      Great technical training, great office environment, strong commission structure, and quick advancement.

      Cons

      Your branch growth needs/wants are constricted based on the decisions of people thousands of miles away at the Adecco HQ in Europe.

      Pros

      This company is extremely metrics driven. Non producers who aren't trying will be singled out and cut pretty quickly. That being said, they work with you a lot and the training is comprehensive. It takes mo that to get good at this and there is a lot of stress and frustration along the way. If you make it through your first year and continue to improve there is A LOT of commission and warning potential. Definitely a place to earn your stripes. Mainly cold calling over the phone so avoid it if you can't bring energy and excitement to those types of scenarios.

      Pros

      Flexibility to offer clients solutions to problems that are not in a box. But to do this you need to be creative, experienced, and understand how to sell it to upper management.

      Cons

      Challenging environment to be successful. Internal direction shifts, and pilot programs that are half baked at best do not allow for the expected continued growth. Invest in resources to help grow the business, don't force managers to cut good people.
