* Health care is terrible, especially if you have a family. Only a small step above non-subsidized plans on the marketplace. The pay is decent but you lose a lot of it paying for health care. * Eternal contractor. This isn't necessarily the fault of Modis, but you can expect to be a contractor for a long time. * The agreements between the client and Modis are confusing and cloudy. It's really hard to know what is going on and how it affects you. you can see this when it comes time for a pay increase. * It can be hard to navigate who to talk to in order to make any changes or get info about your benefits. Luckily, in my experience talking with my rep is very helpful.

They treat you like garbage, they never told people how they were doing or if they can do something different to become successful on the job. They don’t handle things very professionally and they never see the positive in someone. The pay is very low for the amount of work they try to give you. The office is loud and you can’t hear when your on the phone. It was impossible to do my work at times due to the loudness.
