      Large company with global reach and brand recognition.

      Cons

      Upon being hired Resources Development Managers (recruiters) are told the role is work hard play hard which is sadly not the case. Resource Development Managers are micromanaged and offered minimal flexibility.

      Pros

      They just did their 4th round of layoffs in 4 years. That say's a lot about this company. Managers literally don't care about any complaints or concerns. There is a reason why it has 2 and a half star and that's give it way more start than it needs. 4th lay offs in 4 years. Each year they lay off a bunch of people. This company is always struggling.

      Cons

      Invest in your Recruiters that are working hard and figure out how to keep them as long as possible, instead off just firing them and hiring new recent college graduates.

      People you work with are cool, job is easy if you put the work in, that's about it

      Cons

      No room for advancement, metrics are rammed down your throat, laying off people left and right, don't waste your time the pay is atrocious, benefits are terrible, move on to the next to me
