      Pros

      Modis has been a great company to work for. Account Directors value employees and client needs. High "get it" factor across the board. Talented People with great work ethic.

      Paperwork is manual - can be automated easily

      Pros

      The pay is better than average. You get exposed to a number of different companies and work places. There is a lot of veriety of work.

      Cons

      You get stuck doing what you have experience in. So you kind of stagnate in your carrer. Have to be proactive in doing work that you do not have experience in and that means talking the client into letting you do that type of work. No training or education monies available.

      Pros

      The upper level management teams and the team members were the best part of working here. Everyone was very supportive of each other and the working environment, while fast paced and strongly metrics based, was always fun and inclusive.

      Cons

      They were working towards standardizing processes while I was working there, that was the biggest concern. Some of the offices were not all on the same page but there were steps being taken to fix those issues.
