      Pros

      atmosphere, culture, always busy, new people, decent money if youve been there a while. working for certain mgrs was actually a pleasure. I enjoy everyone i work with. very easy to get along with. days fly by. there is no such thing as a slow day unless it is at the end of the year

      Cons

      mgt stretched too thin. all boys club. all white. at times there would be some incredibly terrible jobs to work on but that is just part of the business. too much internet based recruiting and not enough face to face interaction. never enough time to understand a candidate, being at the mercy of a sales team is no fun at all.

      Pros

      You can make what you want out of the job. You are basically your own boss and if you are a hard worker, you are rewarded nicely. You get to work for a big company with all the perks and security of a larger company but it still has a smaller company charm and fell to it. Company has low turnover compared to competitors in the industry but this industry isn't for everyone either. The company gives you the tools to be successfull, but once again falls on the drive of the individual. Each office follows standard operating procedures but it is really the manager of the office which will affect if you have a positive or negative work experience.

      Cons

      Needs a better training program for college graduates and people from not from the industry.
