Timely salary, and the team is good with keeping in touch with contractor.

Cons

You have to negotiate properly, they will not budge later. No other perks worthwhile. The 401k is around 1.5% match. Don't know how medical is as I was covered through spouse For long term contracts, you better negotiate with PTO and periodic increments while interviewing

Wide range of opportunities. They work for you, as well as, you working for them. Very professional. Very friendly. Very helpful.

Good placement opportunities; friendly staff and managers that really care about the consultants. Lots of team lunches (the good kind).

Cons

No path to increase one's hourly rate in a given position. If I want to grow, I am forced to look elsewhere.
