      Honest Does not provide fantastic compensation but provides what they say. very consistent. usually issues are clarified. No Trust issues

      Pros

      you get your own desk, and fresh water.

      Cons

      - Management makes vague promises and fails to pull through - unfair practises in terms of compensation, benefits, treating employees fairly and equally - management has no clue what they are doing, and have little care for employee retention. - Feel unvalued, and disrespected by management (office manager and managing director) - Tries to create an open work environment but frowns upon younger employees having brief conversations with colleagues. - Old Boys club - Demands way too much while paying very little. - Below market salary rate. - Worst employer ever.
