      Pros

      If you are looking for a recruiting role in the technology space there are not many other places that would offer a better way to make well into the six figures.

      Cons

      The staffing business is a tough way to make a living, so if your goals don't include making a LOT of money a corporate recruiting job is the way to go.

      Pros

      definitely a learning experience for someone who is not familiar with recruiting. Very rewarding work when performance pays off, as in all positions.

      Cons

      Really challenging and can be somewhat discouraging work if you don't keep working at it. There aren't really any guidelines for organizing yourself and your notes.
