      Pros

      Flexible hours and the people are nice.

      Cons

      The salary is WAY below market for Admin, about 10-20k below. There is no upward potential for Admin and a raise is out of the question. There are no special incentives for Admin nor are they included in any contests that go on in the office. Why bother putting 100% effort in when not one person cares or even notices what you do.

      Pros

      If you are able to management you will make a lot of money. There seems to be a consistent flow of requirements that will keep most people fairly busy.

      Cons

      The environment is set up so that cronies are successful and are promoted. They do not value friendships over hard work. There is also not structure for promotion. You are either a sales person or a recruiter for like.

      Pros

      The people I worked alongside were great, and so were the admin staff.

      Cons

      Corporate accountants, executives, and business analysts making decisions for people in the field when they have no idea what we go through and how we do our jobs. They have unrealistic expectations. In my experience, recruiter pay is an industry low. Start at $30k.
