      #WECULTURE and Best Commission Plan in the Biz!

      Modis is a rare entity in modern staffing. Collaboration is fostered through #WeCulture with the key elements being: pedal the bike, be positive, be honest and ethical. We have a commitment to each other for every colleague to individually make more $ than they did last year. I work Direct Hire and in my last firm I billed 400K and at Modis in my first year billed 250K and still W2'd more at Modis! Commissions start at 40% and tier quickly to 45,50,55 and 60. This is truly a place where you can make well over 6 figures and do so with the support and shared success of your colleagues! Modis' annual "Circle of Excellence" awards trip is a first class event like no other! I brought my wife and she was blown away by the experience. Modis is truly a "GREAT PLACE TO WORK!"

      Pros

      Working at Modis is a great mix of everything I have ever wanted in an employer! Our branch office in Burlington is close-knit with under 20 employees; we are collaborative and energetic! Yet this is no small company in whole - we have the support and backbone of a national division under the Adecco brand. Having structured training and corporate initiatives sets everyone up for success. I have learned so much in the short time that I have been employed with Modis and I look forward to learning more and growing my career with Modis! The career path and opportunities to advance are what keep me motivated to do my best everyday.

      I really cannot think of any cons - I am super impressed with Modis.
