      pre-merger with Adecco an excellent place to work

      Pros

      pre-merger it was an efficient and great place to work- excellent management (at both branch and head office) ,culture and compensation

      Cons

      pre-merger there was nothing major, post merger with Ajilon a complete turnaround- the integration was handled poorly at the top of the Adecco organization and locally decisions were based upon if you were part of the 'boys club'- ability counted for nothing

      Good to work in a great team of recruiting. Has a good presence in the market.

      Cons

      Should be able to place the resource nationally . Not only in the same zone with out compromising on billing.
