      Pros

      If you are able to management you will make a lot of money. There seems to be a consistent flow of requirements that will keep most people fairly busy.

      Cons

      The environment is set up so that cronies are successful and are promoted. They do not value friendships over hard work. There is also not structure for promotion. You are either a sales person or a recruiter for like.

      Pros

      The people I worked alongside were great, and so were the admin staff.

      Cons

      Corporate accountants, executives, and business analysts making decisions for people in the field when they have no idea what we go through and how we do our jobs. They have unrealistic expectations. In my experience, recruiter pay is an industry low. Start at $30k.

      Some of the best people that you could ever work with, a TON of flexibility with your book of business. Management seemed understanding and teachable

      markets can change and therefore change your commissions. Competitive people fighting over candidates and job reqs
