      Pros

      environment is awesome! people are great here and everyone gets along! Relaxed and bosses are easy going and makes it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Work life balance. Hours could be better and the coffee is rough.

      Pros

      Modis was a laid back environment which you work with a team of great people. Flexible schedule and managers accommodate for time off and had a great work/life balance. Good benefits and 401k plan, tons of incentives if you are doing your job well. Management gives all the tools necessary to get what you need done. Great support from the manager I worked under on the HP Team and the Sr. VP was in the office and interacted and helped whenever you needed the muscle.

      Cons

      The pay in the beginning isnt the strongest when you are in training but they give you the option to make up for it with overtime hours which is great.

      Pros

      I've never been more proud to work with a company than I have with Modis. The reputation of the company is stellar. There are frequent interactions with placed candidates and hiring managers alike, all of which are genuine. These folks really care about each other and those they work with. The President, Jack Cullen, is another huge selling point for me - he is genuinely devoted to diversity and equality in the organization.

      Cons

      The only thing I would change is the office decor (really needs updating) and maybe better wifi in offices.
