      Pros

      Modis' support staff was very responsive to all requests and issues, at least in the St Louis office. I have no reservations about working for Modis again.

      Cons

      After my conversion-expected placement came to an unexpected end, Modis was "unable" to place me at the same rate. The recruiter seemed more unwilling than unable to assist, though it may indeed have been the bill rate.

      Pros

      Modis is a big brand that still presents a tremendous amount of opportunity for its employees. The Mid- Atlantic region for Modis (MD,DC, VA, PA) is being led by one of the strongest leadership teams in the business. The offices are a good blend of senior recruiters and business development managers combined with a fresh new group of hungry and driven employees who are setting the tone for the future of the region and the company. Opportunity is plentiful and the training program is the best in the business.

      Cons

      Some of the technology is a bit dated. It is my understanding that this has been addressed and we are making a move to some better technology for applicant tracking and customer relationship management.
