Pros

Room for advancement, high earning potential, ongoing training and support for employees. Many offices in the US so it's possible to relocate to a new city. Good first job for someone right out of college or for experienced staffing pros who want to work in a highly structured company with plenty of recruiting support and industry tools available.

Cons

Like most large staffing companies, there is high recruiter turnover. Outside of the box thinking was not encouraged.
