      Pros

      It has been an IT job for 10 years. Steady work. People I work with are awesome. Recruiters are pretty good.

      Cons

      Been there for near 10 years - no PTO - low pay - Have had to fight for literally every 2 cent raise. Pretty much the Walmart of recruiting companies. When I leave I will never work for them again. Nearly everyone I work with has the same story. We joke it is the black hole of IT where careers go to die.

      Pros

      Perfect for someone to get their career started! Also an amazing place to work at if you are good friends with the managers because thats how they do business. The managements only cares about the employees in their circle

      Cons

      -Very VERY micromanaged - salary is very low - promote people based on friendship instead of ability to work

      Nothing good about Modis, the people I worked with are amazing but this contract house is dispicable

      Cons

      I was lied to about my job I would be doing. Lied to about holiday pay and vacation time, and I put in my two weeks a week after a vacation and they told me they were not going to pay me for the PTO days I already took.
