Everyone struggles and it is long hours so we share an employee bond.

Cons

I don't know where to start. I got this position via referral and was told it would be a great opportunity to make money but apparently the company has been going downhill for a couple of years now. Unlike the other recruiting firms, they try to take a different approach on hiring people with more experience. Over all the hours were long and I never saw my paycheck reflect my hard work.

Modis Nashville is a great place to work for a few reasons. The manager of this location, Joby, is a good boss. She cares about her people, and she knows her way around the business. The people on staff are friendly, and are generally good at their job.

Cons

There are some cons, as there are for any jobs. Modis, like any large organization, can fail to be nimble and guilty of conducting business in inefficient and ineffective way. Implementing remote work on a weekly basis, even if only for one or two days a week, would benefit the company greatly.
