You get a pay check, which is nice. The real kicker is what branch you work in. Some branches are run really well and you make loads of money, while others... Not so much.

Cons

Pretty abysmal leadership, and a company that operates like they're in the 90s still.

I've met some great people at this company. None of them are still there.

Cons

This company take full advantage of their employees. They haven't given merit increases in the last 7 years and good luck trying to get a well deserved raise. They'll keep telling you that "your commission is your raise". Which makes absolutely no sense at all. I stayed as long as I did because I was comfortable.. but leaving there was the best decision I ever made.
