      Pros

      I began my career at Modis October of 2019 in the Chicago office. My Managing Director was and is one of the best managers I've ever had and I mean that. His ability to lead the team and make it fun was awesome! Kevin's approach to training really helped with any questions that I may have had. Our Chicago team was very approachable with any questions or concerns. Theyre very big on open door policy and making employees feel comfortable enough to do the job and speak up if they have any concerns. If I could I would continue working for Chicago Modis!

      Cons

      The pandemic really affected our ability to see each other. Being virtual is really hard but they do they're best to keep us engaged. They're very big on meetings and trainings which is great until you realize that you have to really manage your calendar. It is very hard when you're working 100% remote and have a lot of virtual meetings, it can be draining.
