None. This company is horrible.

Cons

Large overhead, which means large burden on pay rates. Poor comp plan. Lots of micromanagement. Poor "team" environment. Any other agency would be better to work for.

Cons

The staffing business is a tough way to make a living, so if your goals don't include making a LOT of money a corporate recruiting job is the way to go.

Great opportunity for growth and development. Good training program in place. Currently very happy and satisfied with the way things are going. Good comission plan in place. Open door management policy. Great anchor account therefore there are plenty of new jobs to work on. Good brand recogntion. Just acquired by Adecco NA therefore solid financially. Solid health and benefits.

Cons

Annual salary is very low in comparison to other IT Staffing Companies.
