Pros

Modis was great to work for at first and I was excited about the job and people I was working with. Good benefits.

Cons

Terrible sliding commission scale on the contract side that was very hard to understand and made it to where you got paid very little on some of your placements. Lots of office drama that really tore the place apart while I was there.

Modis/Adecco are both solid companies.

Cons

Work-life balance was a joke at this location. In by 7:30am and not allowed to leave until 5:30pm. Oh, and lunches were frowned upon.

Great team of coworkers. Very energetic and committed. People worked hard and very experienced.

Cons

There were very little viable job requisitions for the amount of recruiters. Business Development Managers were new so they have to establish new clients so there weren't a steady flow of requisitions.
