Pros

Can't think of any. There are no benefits to spending time at this company. Only cons.

Cons

Poor training Antiquated sales methods (new version of calling the phone book) Competitive, gossipy culture No direction: the company is trying to go into all areas of IT recruiting and doesn't do any of them well

Pros

Most tenured, professional & experienced team I've worked with in the industry by far. Blows the competition out of the water. All around great company.

Cons

Nothing to note at this time. There is a lot of money to be made here. That being said, the service is second to none from a client standpoint as well.

Pros

If you break into or get lucky enough to be handed a large account through attrition, you can make a decent amount of money. If you get one with dedicated delivery teams, you have an even better chance because of the push from upper management right now. Local management is really supportive of and flexible with their top performers - especially after a couple years of tenure. However, senior management doesn't bother to even remember your name unless you've been there for many years regardless of your performance. If you're good at staffing politics, you can do really well here. Management changes their mind on what to do every couple years; so if you drink the kool-aid when they flip or at least don't fight it, you'll fare better.

Cons

Majority of the recruiters and sales people are horribly inexperienced, so it's really hard to fill roles. New training teaches recruiters and sales people virtually nothing because it's not reinforced in the branches. Outside of basic desktop and server roles, entire company really struggles to fill any complex roles which explains why they work with so few name brand clients. Serious lack of sense of urgency across most offices. Culture has shifted a lot in the last several years as they've chased metrics and started barking at people to do more instead of inspiring a higher level of quality. Turnover is spreading like wild fire.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We've recently made changes to our trainings to better serve our workforce and facilitate a more unified organization. We strive to motivate our workforce with friendly competitions throughout the year. We understand the frustration that can come from being pushed for improved performance, but we also believe strongly in the potential of our field teams. Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us!
